Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned by her scathing appreciation of dumb action films as well as horror films. Her first review was at the end of 2009 when she became popular on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join on the Channel Awesome team. The channel was online from 2009 until the year 2015 at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents became Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts through her channel, both of which cover the Charmed franchise, and they both co-host together with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The appearances she made in Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of awful films for kids or RiffTrax as well as some adult-oriented comedy. She started reviewing movies late in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited into the Reviewer community. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently appear in episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
